When will my flower delivery arrive?
We usually ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so your orders should be arriving on the next Thursday or Friday. Our cut off time for a week’s shipment is Sunday night (10:00 PM EST), so if you placed an order later, we will receive your order the following week. It will then follow the standard delivery time you selected.
How are my flowers delivered?
UPS is the courier company, delivering your flowers directly from our farms to your door.
How much does shipping cost?
All Enjoy Flowers bouquets come with FREE shipping.
Can I pay for a precise delivery window?
No, UPS does not allow this.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
No, "We will ship on the next scheduled shipping day, and it will arrive the following Thursday or Friday".
Can I place/request a custom order?
For the moment there is no special customization of orders. As we keep growing we will offer this feature to some extent.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Right now we only deliver during the weekdays.
Can I choose which flowers I receive?
No you can’t choose which flowers will be delivered, this is selected by our own flower designer, according to our specific collections.
What is the delivery process if I’m not home?
Standard UPS procedure.
My order hasn’t arrived. Where is it?
You will receive an e-mail with a UPS tracking number for each delivery. You can go to UPS.com and see the status of your shipment. In case of a non-delivery issue, please send us an email at email@example.com
Can I combine more than one delivery name and address into one order?
No, our orders are delivered to one single address. If you need to do this you will have to place a second order.
What is the policy for damaged products?
Damaged Products will be replaced will be replaced as soon as possible by a new one. If you receive a damaged product, please email us a photo at firstname.lastname@example.org including your full name and order number.
Do you offer delivery outside United States?
We can only deliver to customers located in the continental United States.
Do you deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico?
We can only deliver to customers situated in the continental United States.
What happens if my bouquet arrives late due to a weather delay or air labor strike?
For late arrivals due to inclement weather or freezing temperatures, Enjoy Flowers will provide a replacement flower bouquet on a case by case basis. Please contact us at email@example.com. For late arrivals due to delays on behalf of the shipping companies, Enjoy Flowers is further released from any responsibility.
Can I change the recipient address?
Yes you can. By clicking on the Login Button you will find the edit shipping address option.
How do I make changes to my subscription?
By loging into your account the Enjoy Flowers website. There you will find all the options for managing your subscription.

How much does it cost?
We offer arranged bouquets and Farm Selection stems in regular, medium and large sizes that respectively cost $50, $65, $80.
How long should I expect my bouquet to last?
We have a 7-day guarantee, but under normal conditions, and when our customers follow our care instructions, the bouquet should last between 10 to 15 days; in some cases it could last longer.
Do the flowers come in a vase?
No, we do not ship the flowers with vases.

What types of flowers do you offer?
We offer fresh cut flowers in too many varieties to list. Some of our favorite and most common varieties include roses, alstroemerias, lilies, chrysanthemums, and hydrangeas.
How long are your stems?
In our Bouquet collection the average stem length is 24” and in our Farm Selection collection the average stem length is 30”.
